Subject is managing people and change. In this assignment you have to choose a company “Air New Zealand”. You can’t choose any other company because I choose this company in first assignment. And you have to choose one department of this company. It is Finance department. And position you have to choose is finance manager. I choose this position and department in assignment1. What organisational goals your selected organisation in Assessment 1 is trying to achieve in ONE of the departments in the next 12 months (each student should select different department)?

In order to achieve the personal and organisational goals for efficient and effective performance in your selected department, propose the HR roles and HR strategy for leading the change in that department. Justify your answer with rationales and specific examples.
